Despite a few clouds both day were quite pleasant

As in past years it has been often wet

We managed to hand out membership forms

and signed up two on the spot

On show was a 1939 Flying Eight Tourer

just back on the road after major engine work

There was the chance to catch up

with old members of the Group

We were also visited by several old

and current members of the Standard Motor Club.

Throughout the show Lancaster Insurance ran a competition where one lucky winner had the chance to win a selection of classic car tools worth £201. Darrell Cunningham of the Standard Motor Club was asked to draw the winning entry. Congratulations to Mr P Fosberry of Brighton who won the competition and collected his tools at the end of the show.
